Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after shipment.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address is correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request additional information.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kaioeyewear.com.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

KAIŌ Eyewear is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping.
