Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (for example, by email).
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
You will receive a full refund of the order amount, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery). The cost of returning the product from your location to us is at your own expense.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging, including all accessories such as the case and cleaning cloth.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

After your request has been received, you will be provided with return instructions. The product must be shipped within 14 days after notifying us.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as the responsibility for the return shipment remains with you.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned product has been received or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email address].
We will resolve the issue at no additional cost.
